That’s mai status.
Constant fatigue. Burning back pain. Muscle spams. Non-stop headache.
All because I’m stressed out, according to my doc.
I have to:
- go back to physio
- get massages twice daily
- use a topical pain relief gel
- take some seriarse pain killers
- use a heat compress twice daily
- take an anti-anxiety med at night (Lyrica – hectic!)
- rest for 5 days
Ya … so perhaps thinking about trying to buy a new house right now is not such a great idea!
Good gravy woman- go get the physio before you collapse!!!

I have been having severe headaches. I am constantly fatigued. If I get up too fast I almost black out. I see stars if I bend upside down. I can’t even workout or go jogging anymore. I can’t even have a job anymore. I went and had bloodwork done a few months ago. I was tested for anemia and diabetes
. They tested my ezyme levels too and all that. It all came back fine. I even had an MRI.
I am frustrated and discrouraged. I am only 18 too. Does anybody have any clue? Thanks.

Go to a neurologist. It could be a vascular problem in your head. An MRI will not show this. An MRA will reveal any vascular anomalies in your head or neck. It could be related to blood pressure. Has your doctor checked your for orthostatic hypotension? This is a simple test. All the doctor does is take your blood pressure and pulse when you are lying down, sitting, and standing. The results can tell the doctor if you have positional low blood pressure. I would see a neurologist and ask about the above things I have mentioned. A neurologist can order the MRA and look into other possible causes for the headaches. Pain is a signal that something is wrong. Keep looking for answers. I know it gets old fast but you need to be able to have some quality of life. Let me know how you do. You can post here again or pm me if you have more questions.

Completely agree
I’m struggling with VERY similar issues. I have daily migraines and constant fatigue…. I’m in constant pain and I’ve gotten to the point where I can barely get through the day. After being misdiagnosed with Sinus Infections MANY times…my doctor finally suggested that I get an MRI done (came out normal) and that I go see a Neurologist. I’m currently working with the Neurologist to figure out what’s wrong. So far, he has “diagnosed” me with Transformed Migraines…Anyone heard of this? Is apparently means that I have Migraines that basically never go away. He’s put me on pain meds and Lyrica AND Topamax…I feel SOOOO drugged. He’s also doing injections of Litocane in my head in the areas that I’m hurting severly…
I’ve never heard of an MRA and would love to know more about that…perhaps I’ll ask MY doc about it and get back to you! Maybe my problem could be vascular as well????
Thanks for the info and best of luck,

HI
Welcome to eHealth! I can RELATE to your problem…I’ve had constant headaches for well over 38 years. I’ve learned to tell the difference in different types of headaches that I have. I have migraines at least once a month, lasting from 3-5 days. Its a constant throb, usually susides wiht meds sometimes not, but always in the back hiding ready to come back. My suggestions to oyu. You have already been to neurologist, had ct scans and MRI’s and thus these revelaed nothing? Have you had sinus’ scanned as well? Try drinking more water, sometimes headaches are your bodies way of telling you hey, your dehydrated….I too understand the “guinea pig syndrone”. Have you ever taken a channel blocker drug
? Over the years I’ve talken so many NNSAIDS( aleeve, advil) etc that it caused gastritis. Not i have ot take acetaminophen. Oh, also ask about the drug nortriptyline, I have found that a 75mg dose everyday has kept my headaches from being for frequent. I do hope you get some relief. Please feel free to PM anytime. Hope I’ve at least helped some! I tried! FGM
Maybe time to take up us up on the offer discussed last year, to try and get to the bottom of the headaches and spasms?
Have just read all the comments on Lyrica and it looks as if it is of great benefit to about 75% of users but most do mention side effects.
The most common seems to be weight gain and then dizziness etc. I am sure that awareness of weight gain can be countered by change of diet (one person even mentions loosing weight) and exercise. It also looks as if one might have to try different dosages to find what is best for you.
Thanks guys … yes, I plan to do LOTS of sleeping!
Just got back from my first physio session – OW FRIGGING OW MAN 🙁
And I have 8 more scheduled.
Hope you get a well deserved rest this weekend!
good luck lady! Please take it easy for a bit and get better!
Love you lots!

“You may have thoughts about suicide while taking this medication. Your doctor will need to check you at regular visits. Do not miss any scheduled appointments.”
When I was really struggling last year at work, my doctor perscribed Espiride. I never took any of the pills, because medication just scares me senseless, but from research, it sounded like a good option, with minor addiction qualities and, in my case, it was for anxiety. I don’t like those warnings about Lyrica :/
The fact that you didn’t create a backlink from this post to the house buying post, shows your exhaustion.
Rest up, enjoy the massages from Sir G, and hopefully you’ll feel fantastic next week Tuesday!
Happy Easter *throws a marsh mallow*
