And I have 12 weeks to do it in, starting Monday 1 September!!
Very do-able and I’m AMPED!
I really enjoy doing this – it’s an awesome challenge
and the results are soooooooo worth it 🙂
I’ll be planning my nutrition and training schedule over the next few days.

@B … A running routine? Yikes, that would freak me out … I SO don’t do the running thang!

Tip: add some intensity intervals into your run – you can try sprinting for a minute or so and then go back to a fast jog. Doing this will have you burning tons more calories during the rest of the day than otherwise and will also help to build up your fitness a lot faster 🙂

woohoo… I am on the 8 week challenge.. started last week.. but that week didnt count.. I call it week 00..
My 8 week challenge is a running routine.. to get me from 0 – 30 min … *sigh* stop laughing.. I will beat this thing yet!
I hope to get ripped by the end of it.. I will be adding weights after week 8 and incorporate more intense training..
