Yes, the numbers are his birthdate – 17/04/1991 – and the letters are his initials – JPBR. (It should have been JPB-DR, but that wouldn’t have been symmetrical, so I dropped the last part of “Bromilow-Downing.”
oh right! should have guessed it was along those lines!
I know a great artist but he’s up here in Joburg

Thats not too bad. Just try and make sure it is below back neck line so that it is covered by a shirt collar.
It’s going to be slap bang in the middle, so below shoulder blades … it’ll always be covered if he wears a shirt.
