    Good for you. You can always use Soya milk or Soya milk powder instead of milk. Try and eat some nuts (grind them up and sprinkle over or into smoothies shakes etc.) for extra protein.
    Green smoothies are great but start with 80% fruit and work your way to 60%.

    Glad to hear I am not the only one feeling the pain of gaining a few and feeling miserable due to lack of exercise and eating complete and udder crap all the time.
