As for the post after this one, good luck, eating healthily is easy because you can make tasty healthy food but the exercise bit is sooooo hard to stick to! I just want to lose 1 kg (2kg at the most but that'll be a bit much) and its so hard to motivate myself, and I'm like wtf people lose 50kg and I can't do something for this 1kg, lol it sounds doff but its true.
