That’s awesome justB[coz], glad I can assist, thank you for inviting me onboard! I’m capable of handling a large number of things at the same time so don’t hesitate to just ask, if I can’t I’ll say so, so we’ll never run into a late deliveyr situation. I think your team is unbelievable, I’ve never worked along side such an efficient team, it’s fantastic!

But WOW, let me just say that having you here as part of my team is a phenomenal help already! Knowing that you are just handling the things that you are, and that I don’t have to worry about them is such a huge burden off my shoulders.

@Dad … perhaps, yes. At the risk of being the bad guy (and actually that doesn’t bother me, not when I know I’m doing the right thing), I’m setting up necessary boundaries that have been lacking in the past.
