Hello and WELCOME Mr Combrink!!
Yeah, I’m very lucky to have such “with it” parentals π
Knowing that they can come here and see what’s up with my life and leave their thoughts behind for me to read is just awesome. I love it.
What do I do? Ya’mean, what do I NOT do hehe
Um, I’m the owner of a small web design/dev company. It’s been going for nearly 9 years now …
Just, I am honestly amazed that your Dad posts here. I think that it’s absolutely fantastic!!
“Dad” – NICE going!
I honestly can’t think of a better way of a partnet keeping tabs on their child’s life now-a-days. Kids are so busy these days, that they honestly don’t have time to make that call every evening to say hi to mom & dad.
Just, you’re lucky that your folks are both ‘with it’ enough to take the time to learn how to use a blog and also have the initative to msg you! I’m jealous!!
Having said that, i’m glad that i’m not the only one who’s so busy!!
What is it that you ‘do’ in any case?
CJC
it’s a bit of an inspiration…
@Justin – yes, it does take a while, but I have to make a list like this every day … there’s just no way I could remember to do all this stuff without one so it’s worth my time to jot it all down and hopefully not drop any balls!
And this is just the regular “Daily List”!!! I get to do all this, over and over again every day, give or take a few items *sigh*
I have another list on the go that involves all the un-daily stuff π
@linda … I think that if I didn’t make the time to blog, I’d go mental!!
How do you ever find the time to blog? I’m amazed.
LOL… Goodness me!
Would’ve taken me best part of the day just to type that list!
Ironic hey? Too busy to find the time to find someone to help free up some of my time!!
Good plan, thanks Dad – will call on Mom again to help me out with the advert …
“if I had the time to find one I would”!!!???
Run an ad in the Tatler (local), let mother screen them and see what comes up.
This could make a huge difference to the quality of your life.
@SwissTwist – hehe, thanks!! π
I’m exhausted just reading this!!
Next time I’m in your neck of the woods, I’ll be your Gladys for a day..!
Well, I’m always flexible on that – more than willing to negotiate!
What’s the pay like?
Trust me, if I had the time to find one I would π
I sooooo need the help. Seriously, if anyone’s up to it, let me know!
I agree with Saulk – a half day PA is exactly what you need and worth every cent
Hell yeah!!
Any takers???
*apparently* I’m a rocking boss WAHAHA!
You really need a PA π
